Few exercises touched us like this. Design a restaurant for after confinement in one of the cities most affected by the corona virus, Madrid. Physical distancing, care, hygiene and magic! How to continue having a pleasant gastronomic experience without feeling in a fish tank. "When one sense is lost, the others become more acute."
This is how we invented this space and moved into the future with this design. A translucent yellow veil running through, generating and dividing safe and controlled environments, together but separate. A sky of mirrors reflecting the sense of our gazes. Encourage what we see, share visually, laugh, contemplate the other in this space and in this moment. For a while there will be no touch, which is why our eye contact is so important. Playful, inspiring reminding us that we are together. "And when everything passes, we drop the Veil and embrace again."
