In the middle of Buenos Aires city’s downtown, we faced the challenge of designing a new co-working space for La Maquinita SA. We understand these places as a big network supporting relationships, experiences, work and social ties, in a relaxing and flexible atmosphere. Our search arises from understanding the dynamic of people intending to develop themselves in these co-working spaces. For that reason, the concept of space tries to recreate the experience of being walking down a street from anywhere in the world, where you meet with people from all walks of life, undergo diverse experiences, discover different spaces, landscapes and feelings. We seek to reproduce various microclimates within a big space, transporting the user into different sceneries and emotional moods.
